EPAY and BIDV have inked a comprehensive collaboration pact to enhance banking services on EPAY's digital platform.

Recently, at BIDV's Open AI system launch event, EPAY has officially signed a memorandum of understanding on comprehensive cooperation between BIDV and EPAY in integrating and developing banking services on EPAY's digital platforms, researching and developing new products that optimize convenience for end users, contributing to enhancing cooperative relationships and enhancing the brand value of both sides.

Therefore, in order to fully use the potential of both local and international markets, EPAY and BIDV will work together to boost commercial operations and create related product sets. For its business clients, EPAY will give top priority to integrating e-Wallet services, payment services, collection and payment services, and other BIDV goods and services on digital platforms. To better serve the clients of both parties, BIDV also pledges to coordinate and link its present and future financial services with EPAY's digital platforms.

Ms. Nguyen Mai Phuong, EPAY's General Director, stated that collaborating with BIDV is one of the important strategies in the pioneering journey of bringing EPAY's payment and identity authentication solutions to businesses, public services, and so on, contributing to solution diversification and thus improving EPAY's business efficiency and market competitiveness.
