ETC & EPAY develops the Smart city digital ecosystem on an identity authentication and cashless payment platform

The Politburo's Resolution 06 on Planning, building, management, and sustainable development of Vietnamese urban areas to 2030, vision to 2045, reaffirms Vietnam's intention to establish sustainable smart urban regions.
Taking advantage of the world's diverse development of modern technologies and inheriting the goals of Project 06 with the core of electronic identity authentication through chip-embedded Citizen Identification, the ETC and EPAY Smart City ecosystem provides comprehensive solutions based on core technologies: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, IoT, Data science, sensor equipment and technology, and so on.
ETC's Smart City ecosystem offers solutions such as smart public administration, smart healthcare, smart banking, smart transportation, and smart government, as well as support tools that connect people to the analysis and direction of competent authorities such as the IOC Smart Command Center, SOC Cyber Security Monitoring Center, etc.

ETC and EPAY are among the first units recognized by the National Population Data Center - C06, Ministry of Public Security, permitting connectivity to the National Population Database system and supplying products and services for validating chip-embedded citizen identity cards.
The ETC and EPAY smart city ecosystem for digital citizens is designed on a chip-embedded citizen identity authentication solution that allows users to query and compare information using face recognition technology. ETC and EPAY, based on technology and electronic identity identification solutions, provide individuals with convenient and accurate experiences in a variety of industries, including health, transportation, banking, and public administration.

Accordingly, ETC - EPAY's Smart city contributes to automating all administrative processes, such as lodging, medical examination and treatment, airline check-in, banking, and so on, through proactive interaction with self-service kiosks, progressing toward integrating non-cash payments via the VNeID application and EPAY e-wallet, assisting in reducing the number of people entering, and directing citizens to proactively perform all operations themselves.
The use of electronic identity identification solutions and ETC - EPAY core technologies shortens the time it takes to experience services in all domains. In the medical area, for example, the solution allows patients to complete all processes in 15 - 30 seconds every usage, or only 6 - 8 seconds per check-in point before boarding the plane. as opposed to at least 15 minutes previously.

Smart government with smart management and command solutions

The ETC - EPAY Smart city ecosystem provides monitoring, command, and management solutions for responsible authorities, with the purpose of providing an overview and analysis to competent authorities. Operations and direction are analyzed, forecasted, and supported. Surveillance systems, identification, traffic tracking, management systems, area security monitoring, and administration systems are all part of the solution. Furthermore, the SOC network security monitoring system guarantees that operations are always safe and secure, reducing the danger of cyber assaults.
ETC and EPAY's traffic monitoring, identification, tracing, and security monitoring and management systems employ cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), image analysis, and data processing at the edge.
