Experience the ETC and EPAY Automatic Medical Examination Registration Kiosk solution at the Hue Central Hospital Young Science Conference

ETC and EPAY presented the Kiosk solution for automatic medical examination registration at the Conference, which will assist medical personnel and patients during the examination process, relieving burden on hospitals in particular and the broader health sector in general. The conference was held in Hue Central Hospital for two days on October 5 and 6, 2023.



Self-service kiosk system developed by ETC and EPAY, designed to apply biometrics, authenticate chip-embedded citizen identification cards, and connect with the National Population Database to help ensure accurate and quick identification and authentication of patient information.





Currently, the system is being deployed at Saint Paul General Hospital from May 2023. Up to now, more than 12,000 patients have used the system and received very positive feedback. According to the report, Saint Paul Hospital recorded an average of 500 kiosk users per day. It is expected that by the end of 2023, there will be 1,000 users/day, and by the end of 2024, there will be 2,000 kiosk users/day, accounting for 90% of the patient rate at the hospital.

The system is projected to create good improvements and a gratifying experience for patients when they come, optimize hospital management, and assist Project 06 applications move further into real life.
